Great visualisation, somehow still a strange procedure mixing pairs/scullers together in comparison to other nations which separate scullers from pairs completly.
There’s only one (even more theoretical) point missing:
If somebody did not make it in one of the olympic boat (classes) she/he might have a last chance:
loose weight to become the american coxswain
